National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, 9 Directive Violations Issued With Compound Fines

On the 13th of December 2021, 3,827 individuals have received the COVID-19 vaccine injection, including 3,007 adolescents aged 12-17.

This means that 405,092 individuals or 94.2 percent of the total population have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 385,414 individuals or 89.6 percent of the total population have completed the COVID-19 vaccination. Starting today, 15 December 2021, the operating hours for vaccination centres will be changed. The Indoor Stadium Vaccination Centre is open from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon and from 2:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon on Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; and from 2:30 until 5:00 in the afternoon on Friday.

The Learning Development Centre at Suri Seri Begawan Hospital Vaccination Centre in Kuala Belait is open from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon and from 2:00 until 5:00 in the afternoon on Monday to Thursday and Saturday. During ‘Operasi Peralihan’ carried out from 10 last night to 4 in the morning, 9 violations of the directive nationwide were issued with compound fines, whereby 8 were violations of the directive to stay at home.
