A driver was issued a compound fined for violating the Road Traffic Rules, Chapter 68.

The investigation found that the driver of Malawaring Sdn Bhd, Ujang Baihaqi used a vehicle that was not suitable in terms of structure used for other purposes; and could cause danger to other road users, while passing through Jalan Utama Berakas, recently.

The driver is required to undergo a re-test, and if fails his driving license is cancelled and was issued a compound fined. The Land Transport Department also issued a warning letter to the Manager or Owner of the Company.
