In an effort to disseminate information on the Environmental Protection and Utilisation Act, the Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation JASTRe in collaboration with the Belait District Office continued their Briefing Session, 18th September morning.
It focused on the main requirements outlined under the act, particularly the legal requirements related to development projects implemented by Government Departments. The session took place at the Kampung Pandan National Housing Scheme Community Hall in the Belait District.
