Bandar seri begawan: The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Academy, Institute of Brunei Technical Education, IBTE, is spearheading the Action Research Showcase 2026. The event aims to enhance collaboration among educators, promote practitioner-led innovation, and inspire ongoing advancements in T-VET pedagogy across IBTE institutions.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Dr. Haji Mohd Zamri bin Haji Sabli, Director of Technical Education and Chief Executive Officer of IBTE, was present at the showcase. The event gathered trainees, teaching staff, school leaders, and various stakeholders to celebrate innovation and excellence within the T-VET sector. With the theme 'Action Research in TVET: Industry-Relevant and Green Skills', the showcase underscores IBTE's commitment to cultivating future-ready educators and practitioners who can make significant contributions to an evolving workforce and sustainable practices.

The event featured a variety of activities, including poster presentations, trainee project exhibitions, and prize presentations for outstanding action research projects. Participants and invited guests had opportunities to network and exchange ideas. Highlights included the display of trainee projects and the acknowledgment of the best action research projects through prize presentations.
