Future ready youth are youths of quality and brave in facing changes. Hence, the youth are called to have noble morals and live according to the Bruneian mould in together strengthening the culture of solidarity such as loyalty to the Monarch, country and religion.
Speaking at the launching of the ‘Belia Syumul Harapan Negara’ intensive workshop on 17th September morning, Awang Haji Zakaria bin Haji Serudin, Permanent Secretary for Youth at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports expressed hope that the workshop can empower religious understanding among the youth, aside from raising awareness on the importance of mental and physical health through sports.
The workshop included a working paper presentation titled ‘Membangun Belia Syumul berasaskan Sunah’. The working paper presented by Doctor Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, Ra’es of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB underlined the need for the youth to refer to Al-Quran and Sunnah to be pious and all-encompassing. The workshop was held at KUPU SB.
