Tutong: Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) continues its commitment towards upholding social well-being through the Teduh Project initiative. On the afternoon of November 10th, a new house handover ceremony was held for a family in the Tutong District, specifically at Jalan Kampung Bukit Udal, Tanjong Maya.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the handover of the house to Awang Muhammad Safwan Lutfi bin Abdullah Ahmad Asnul was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs and Chairman of BIBD. The Teduh Project, which commenced on October 23rd, was completed on November 8th, 2025. This initiative represents a collaborative effort involving BIBD, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Development, private companies, and BIBD employees. The ceremony also saw the presence of Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohamad Danial Tekpin bin Ya’akub, Member of the Legislative Council.
