The significance of Executive Development Programme, EDP in its role as an essential platform for the development of senior officers is a conscious effort to ensure excellence in leadership and professional development. Retired Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abdul Kadir, Deputy Minister of Defence stated this at the Closing Ceremony of the programme yesterday morning.
The Deputy Minister of Defence also handed over certificates to 30 participants comprising senior officers from the Ministry of Defence and Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Royal Brunei Police Force, the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Education as well as foreign participants. The three-month programme aimed to provide knowledge and training for senior executives on perspectives and conceptual frameworks within the field of public policy and management. The ceremony took place at the Officers’ Mess, Bolkiah Garrison.
