Gadong: The National Disaster Management Centre (NDMC), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, is enhancing disaster management preparedness through a Curriculum Development Workshop (CDW) and Training of Trainers on the Localisation of ASEAN-ERAT Trainings. The five-day event is being conducted at a shopping centre in Gadong.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the workshop was inaugurated by Awang Azmi bin Haji Hafneh, the Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary for Safety and Welfare at the Ministry of Home Affairs. A total of 28 participants are attending, including Brunei Darussalam ASEAN-ERAT members, 16 facilitators, and 2 observers.
