Kampung sengkurong: One hundred orphans from Mukim Sengkurong also received donations at a donation presentation ceremony in Kampung Sengkurong, 16th March late afternoon.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the donations were presented by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Muhammad Ruzaini bin Pengiran Dr. Haji Mohd Yakub. The ceremony ran concurrently with the reading of Tahlil and Doa Arwah as well as the breaking of the fast. This event was organized to aid the orphans in their preparations for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

The gathering not only provided financial assistance to the orphans but also fostered a sense of community and support during a significant time of the year. The combined activities of prayer and fasting underscore the cultural and spiritual importance of the event, highlighting the communal efforts to support those in need.
