Berakas: The final of the National Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Memorisation and its Interpretation for 1447 Hijrah is set to take place over two days, on the 10th and 11th of February. This significant event will be hosted at Dewan Muzakarah, International Convention Centre, Berakas.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the Musabaqah is an annual initiative organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, facilitated by the MABIMS Centre for Al-Qur'an Studies and Dissemination. This year, 25 participants have been selected and qualified to compete in the finals, showcasing their dedication and expertise in Qur'anic memorisation and interpretation.

The competitions for Categories 'A', 'B', 'C', and 'D' are scheduled for the 10th of February 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and continuing until all categories are completed. The following day, the competition for Category 'E' will commence, culminating with the Closing Ceremony on Wednesday, 23rd Syaaban 1447, corresponding to the 11th of February 2026, also starting at 8:30 a.m.
