Bandar seri begawan: In the afternoon, a Forum Session was held for the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims 2025. The event focused on promoting road safety and reducing fatalities due to road accidents.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the first session of the Forum highlighted the importance of valuing every life and adopting a “Zero Tolerance” approach towards deaths caused by road accidents. The session included discussions on the new Road Safety Strategic Plan 2030, which aims to enhance safety measures and reduce road traffic casualties.

The second session of the Forum encouraged the implementation of smart and preventive strategies in managing heavy vehicles. It emphasized the use of In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems and discussed advancements in Vehicle Safety Technology to improve road safety outcomes.
