Funeral Management Workshop Conducted for New Converts in Temburong District

Temburong: Funeral management is a fardhu kifayah on Muslims, and it is essential for every Muslim to learn it so that it can be practiced correctly and perfectly. In this regard, a Funeral Management Workshop was held on the morning of 6th May at the Islamic Dakwah Centre in Temburong District as part of the activities in the Basic Guidance Scheme for New Converts.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the workshop aimed to provide participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge. It included presentations on the procedures for bathing, shrouding, and praying for the deceased, ensuring these rites are performed in an orderly manner. The workshop is an integral part of educating new converts about their religious responsibilities and ensuring that they are well-prepared to fulfill these duties within their community.
