Bandar seri begawan: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, received in audience the outgoing High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam. His Excellency presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on 13th September 2023.

According to Radio Television Brunei, His Royal Highness received His Excellency Laurence Bay in audience. The Audience Ceremony was held at Qashr Al-Meezaan, marking the conclusion of His Excellency’s diplomatic mission in Brunei Darussalam.
