Bandar seri begawan: In commemoration of the significant event of the Isra' Mi'raj of Prophet Muhammad Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wassalam, the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications, along with its departments and regulatory agencies, organized an Isra' Mi'raj Celebration. The event was hosted by the Authority for Infocommunications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) and took place at the Ministry's premises.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the celebration saw the attendance of Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, the Minister of Transport and Infocommunications. A special talk titled 'Prayer as the Foundation of Human Capital Excellence' was delivered by Dayang Siti Syuhaidah binti Haji Mohd. Yusoff, a Religious Development Officer from the Islamic Da'wah Centre. The talk focused on the significance of prayer in fostering self-discipline and spiritual growth, which are essential components in the development of human capital.
