Bandar seri begawan: Prayer is emphasized as the cornerstone of developing excellent human capital during the Isra' Mi'raj Celebration organized by the Prime Minister's Office and its departments. The event stressed that prayer is not only a religious duty but also foundational for achieving success both in this life and the hereafter.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence, attended the special talk titled "Sembahyang Teras Modal Insan Cemerlang." The talk highlighted the exemplary stories of Prophet Muhammad and his companions, illustrating how maintaining prayer leads to peace, moral transformation, and success in life.

The ceremony also featured the recitation of Doa Khas to pray for the health and well-being of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. This year's celebration was a collaborative effort between the Energy Department and Information Department under the Prime Minister's Office.
