During the event held on the night of February 9th at a hotel in Gadong, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Brunei Darussalam highlighted the enduring cooperation between the two nations.
According to Radio Television Brunei, His Excellency Kikuta Yutaka, in his speech, underscored Japan's dedication to supporting both traditional and new sectors in Brunei, including the downstream industry, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, ICT, and services. He also emphasized the importance of people-to-people exchanges, which play a crucial role in strengthening the ties between Japan and Brunei Darussalam.
Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs, represented His Majesty's Government at the event, further highlighting the collaborative spirit between the two countries.
