During the celebration, JPMC introduced People Management Services to strengthen its employee experiences. This initiative reflects a focused renewal that provides opportunities for employees, teams, and leaders to develop themselves further. Additionally, JPMC launched SEJATI, a programme specifically designed to support new employees and ease their integration into the organisation.
