Kampung kulapis: The State Mufti Department held a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony and breaking of fast at Pehin Khatib Abdullah Mosque on the late afternoon of March 5th. Leading the delegation was Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Japar bin Haji Mat Dain @ Maidin, Deputy State Mufti.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event commenced with the presentation of wakaf or endowment intended for the mosque's use. The ceremony also included a tazkirah or talk, enriching the spiritual atmosphere of the gathering.
