Bandar seri begawan: The Ramadhan Community and Spiritual Programme, a collaborative initiative by the Prisons Department and Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD), recommenced with a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony at BIBD Connects on the afternoon of March 14.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Dayang Nor Hamidah binti Haji Hamidon, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Security and Well-being at the Ministry of Home Affairs. The ceremony featured the reading of Takhtim, Doa Khatam, and Doa Selamat.
