Bandar seri begawan: Practising governance based on the principles of syura or consultation and integrity, KOPAZ Berhad emphasized the opportunity for the people to voice their opinions in contributing towards a more progressive and resilient development of the cooperative. This was a key focus during the 2nd Annual General Meeting of Koperasi Alumni Al-Azhar, KOPAZ Berhad, held at the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the meeting was attended by Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal, Deputy Minister of Education and Vice Chairperson of KOPAZ Berhad Board, along with Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, Chairperson of KOPAZ Berhad Board. The event included the dissolution of KOPAZ Berhad Board Members for the 2025-2026 session and the appointment of new board members for the 2026-2027 session.
