These counters operate from Monday to Thursday, between 8:00 and 11:15 in the morning. On Saturdays, payments are accepted from 8:00 to 10:30 in the morning and from 1:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon, with cheque payments only being accepted during morning hours. Additionally, payments can be made online via the BIBD Mobile App. For those holding Temporary Occupation Licenses, the annual license fees must be settled at the Payment Counter in each District Land Office.
