Oman and Brunei Pledge to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Jerudong: The Sultanate of Oman and Brunei Darussalam have reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing bilateral relations across various key sectors. This commitment was highlighted by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman during a reception held in Jerudong to celebrate the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism, representing the government of His Majesty. Her Excellency Erma Said Mohamed Samhan Al Kathiry noted that this year marks the 41st anniversary of diplomatic relations between Oman and Brunei, which have been stable and have achieved significant milestones since their establishment on March 24, 1984.
