A foreign man and woman were arrested by the Kuala Belait Law Enforcement Division for offences under the Immigration Act Chapter17.
The two offenders were taken to the Kuala Belait Law Enforcement Division for investigation and further action for committing the offence under Section 15 1 for Overstaying after their immigration passes have expired. The arrests were made during the OPS Tumpas JIPK at the Bus Terminal area in Seria on the 25th of October 2022. Meanwhile, the employers involved have also been instructed to present themselves at the Kuala Belait Law Enforcement Division.
