Madinah: A report from the Holy Land. Darussalam Services Sendirian Berhad, DSSB on 03rd April night held a Doa Selamat Ceremony prior to the arrival of the country's intending haj pilgrims. Held at Maden Ar Rawda Hotel, Madinah, the function aimed to seek for the blessings of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala so that all matters involving the country's haj pilgrims can be carried out smoothly.

According to Radio Television Brunei, present at the ceremony was His Excellency Awang Haji Harun bin Haji Junid, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brunei Darussalam to Saudi Arabia. Also in attendance was Awang Haji Farhan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Putera Maharaja Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Ghani, Acting Consul General of Brunei Darussalam in Jeddah.

The function coincided with a visit to the DSSB Office. Additionally, there was a visit to the Health Clinic and the Haj Management Office for Medical.
