Bandar seri begawan: The Ramadhan Nightly Tadarus Ceremony at Istana Nurul Iman continued on March 1st with the participation of the Ministry of Development. Present at the event was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development. The ceremony commenced with a tazkirah, or talk, titled 'Enliven the Month of Ramadhan with Asmaul Husna: Al-Malik - The Almighty,' delivered by Muhammad Naadzimur-Rahmaan @ Naadzim bin Awang Haji Ya'akub, Assistant Religious Development Officer.

According to Radio Television Brunei, a similar ceremony was also conducted in a separate room at Istana Nurul Iman for female congregants. Doctor Dayang Nor Imtihan binti Haji Abdul Razak, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Development, was also in attendance. The talk for the female congregants was delivered by Dayang Hajah Nur Hasyimah binti Haji Mohd Yaasin, Assistant Religious Officer.
