Tutong: The Tajwid Al-Qur'an Workshop, designed for Takmir Committees, Muslimah, and Mosque Congregations, was held to enhance understanding of tajwid rules. The event was a collaboration between the Mosque Affairs Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Imarah Division, the Kampung Keriam Mosque Takmir Committee, Tutong District, and the Tutong District Mosque Affairs Office. The workshop was officially inaugurated at the Kampung Keriam Mosque on the morning of June 13.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the workshop was officiated by Awang Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri, the Acting Director of Mosque Affairs. A total of 170 participants attended the workshop, which consisted of both an informative session on tajwid and a practical session. Participants were given the opportunity to practice recitation through training sessions, fostering a sense of brotherhood among those in attendance.
