Subok: In conjunction with the arrival of Ramadhan, several villages organised a 'Doa Arwah Sekampung' Ceremony, which not only strengthens religious practices but also fosters closer ties among the village community.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the Kampung Belimbing Consultative Council held such a ceremony at the Kampung Belimbing Mosque in Subok on the morning of February 15th. Present at the event were Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Daud bin Jihan and Yang Berhormat Awang Lawi bin Haji Lamat, Members of the Legislative Council. The ceremony also included a presentation of donations to orphans.

A similar ceremony was organised by the Kampung Kilanas Mosque Takmir Committee. The event began with the presentation of donations to the asnaf group by Pengiran Haji Mohd Hasnan bin Pengiran Haji Ali Hassan, the Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

The Kampung Rimba National Housing Scheme Takmir Committee held their ceremony on the afternoon of February 15th. Additionally, the Kampung Lambak Kanan National Housing Scheme, zone two consultative council, and Sejiran Sepakat Simpang 262 Volunteers, Kampung Lambak Kanan National Housing Scheme, also organised similar ceremonies.
