Bandar seri begawan: The Tarannum Al-Qur'an workshop, a significant event for the nation's Qari and Qariah, concluded at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, marking the end of an intensive 5-day training session on February 14th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the workshop provided participants the chance to enhance their Al-Qur'an reading skills, focusing on aspects such as tajwid, fashahah or eloquence, melody, and voice. The closing ceremony was attended by Pengiran Doctor Haji Amiruddin bin Pengiran Haji Damit, the Director of the MABIMS Centre for Al-Qur'an Studies and Dissemination. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in activities designed to assess, review, and refine their reading abilities. The event also offered an opportunity for attendees to expand their knowledge and understanding of tarannum and Al-Qur'an studies.
