Bandar seri begawan: The national flag-hoisting and distribution ceremony was conducted across all districts on the morning of 14th February. In the Brunei Muara District, the event was held at the Brunei Muara District Office Car Park Area.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the flag presentation to the Royal Brunei Police Force was officiated by Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, who is the Acting Brunei Muara District Officer.

In the Belait District, the ceremony took place at Taman Persiaran Cendera Kenangan, Jalan Sungai, Kuala Belait. Attending the event was Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer, along with Members of the Legislative Council.

The Civic Centre Complex area served as the venue for the National Flag Hoisting Ceremony in Tutong District. Present at the ceremony was Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, accompanied by Members of the Legislative Council.

In Temburong District, the ceremony occurred at the Dewan Belalong Car Park area of the Civic Centre Complex. Awang Hassan Baha bin Haji Umar, Acting Temburong District Officer, was in attendance, along with Members of the Legislative Council.
