Bandar seri begawan: The Girl Guides Association of Brunei Darussalam conducted a Flag Hoisting Ceremony as part of the National Day Celebration at their headquarters in Kampung Anggerek Desa. This event took place on 14th February 2026.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was led by Dayang Hajah Noriah binti Haji Dollah, who serves as the Deputy Chief Commissioner of the association. The event was designed to enhance the National Day Celebration and foster a sense of patriotism among the members of the association. This initiative aligns with the goals of Wawasan Brunei 2035, which aims to stimulate national pride and community engagement.
