Beribi: The Haj Affairs Department is prioritizing the interests of companies providing Umrah and Haj package services by ensuring they comply with the stipulated conditions to guarantee the well-being and safety of pilgrims. This commitment was highlighted at the recent launch of the First Umrah Travel Agency with Certified Sign Language Interpreter Services, held at Sumbangsih Mulia, Beribi.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the services offered by Syarikat Al-Qobul Travel and Tours aim to provide more comprehensive access to the Hearing Impaired community. The launch event was officiated by Awang Haji Abdullah bin Haji Mohamad, the Haj Managing Director, and also featured a Silaturahim Ceremony with the pilgrims, celebrating the initiative to enhance inclusivity in religious travel services.
