Bandar seri begawan: The Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence has announced that His Majesty will be taking rest during his treatment period. Consequently, His Majesty's attendance at national and official ceremonies will be limited for the time being.

According to Radio Television Brunei, this decision has been made to ensure His Majesty's health and well-being during the treatment period. The Minister emphasized the importance of His Majesty's rest and recovery, indicating that his presence at various events will be significantly reduced in the upcoming period.
