Berakas: Isra' Mi'raj is a significant event in Islamic history, marking a miraculous night journey that Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala granted to Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam. In observance of this event, Brunei Darussalam is set to hold the National Level Isra' Mi'raj Celebration 1447 Hijrah on Saturday, the 27th of Rejab 1447 Hijrah, corresponding to January 17, 2026. The celebration will commence at 9 AM at the Plenary Hall, International Convention Centre in Berakas.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the theme for this year's celebration is 'Sembahyang Teras Modal Insan Cemerlang'. The event will feature the reading of Al-Qur'an verses, Tadabbur, and the recitation of selawat. The event is a collaborative effort organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, and Progresif Sendirian Berhad.
