Belait: The One Village One Product Shop in the Belait District is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the socio-economic status of villagers. The opening ceremony of the shop was held on the morning of November 9.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the opening was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs. The shop, which is housed in a former postal service office building, has been renovated to collect village products and can also serve as a tourist stop.

Earlier, an eight-kilometre cycling recreational event was organized as part of the Penghulu Mukim and Ketua Kampung Festival, PMKK Nationwide 2025. The four-day festival included participation from 30 small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, featuring the sale of one village, one product.
