Bandar Seri Begawan: The second International Conference on Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Assessment (ICCPA 2025) gathered educators and researchers from over 11 countries, marking a significant event in educational circles. Organized by the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), the conference officially commenced on the morning of June 10th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the opening ceremony was officiated by Doctor Haji Azman bin Ahmad, the Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. The conference featured over 100 authors and more than 70 working papers, focusing on themes such as pedagogical innovation, the role of artificial intelligence in education, and advances in technological learning.

The event is part of the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition (MYCE 2025) and also celebrates Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s 40th anniversary. Additionally, the conference is co-hosted by Prince of Songkla University from Thailand, reinforcing regional collaboration in educational development.
