Jerudong: Jerudong Park Medical Centre, JPMC, commemorated World Social Work Day on the morning of April 2nd, celebrating social workers who tirelessly work to support the community, especially those in need. The event, held at Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, PJSC, showcased JPMC's commitment to fostering compassion, unity, and service within the community.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health and Chairperson of JPMC's Board of Directors and Executive Director. Doctor Muhd Hiza Wardy bin Haji Abdul Halim, Director of General Medical Services of JPMC, in his welcoming remarks, highlighted the vital role of social work in bridging divides and nurturing care. The event also featured the presentation of appreciation certificates and Hari Raya hampers.
