Kampung kasat: The Kampung Kasat Consultative Council, in partnership with the Kampung Kasat Mosque Takmir Committee, organized a Tahlil ceremony and Doa Arwah at the Kampung Kasat Mosque on 13th February 2026. The event was aimed at uniting the village community in prayer and remembrance.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by several notable figures, including Awang Haji Asminan bin Haji Chuchu, Acting Assistant Director of Mosque Affairs, Ministry of Religious Affairs. Also in attendance were Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Japar bin Haji Mat Dain @ Maidin, the Deputy State Mufti, and Yang Berhormat Awang Amran bin Haji Maidin, Member of the Legislative Council.

The event also featured a donation presentation to eight orphans from Kampung Kasat, highlighting the community's commitment to supporting vulnerable members within the village.
