Bandar seri begawan: The 'Ke Arah Menjiwai Al-Qur'an' ceremony was conducted with the presence of key government figures. The event aimed to encourage attendees to deepen their understanding and practice of the teachings of Al-Qur'an through various activities.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony saw the attendance of Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, who serves as Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. Also present was Pengiran Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Fiscal.

The ceremony featured the reading of Surah Al-Muzammil and a Tadabbur Al-Qur'an session. This session encouraged participants to internalise the teachings of Al-Qur'an and integrate them into their daily lives.
