Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Religious Affairs organized a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony specifically for its female officers and staff. The event took place at An-Na'im Mosque in Kampung Panchor Mengkubau on the morning of 11th March.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar and Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Datin Hajah Nahriah binti Haji Awang Asbi, who is the wife of the Minister of Religious Affairs. This annual religious activity is intended to strengthen faith and piety among participants, while also serving as a platform to promote the significance of Islamic practices.
