Seri begawan: Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU-SB, received a donation of 36 academic and cultural books from the High Commission of India in the country, coinciding with the launch of the Indian Book Corner. The launch of the Book Corner is a collaboration between KUPU-SB and the High Commission of India aimed at strengthening academic and cultural relations between Brunei Darussalam and India. The launching ceremony took place on 15th June afternoon at the University College.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the book corner was launched by His Excellency Ramu Abbagani, Indian High Commissioner to the country. Also present was Associate Professor Doctor Abdul Nasir bin Haji Abdul Rani, Ra'es of KUPU-SB. The book corner's initiative aims to support efforts to enrich library reference resources for the benefit of academics, researchers, and students. It also reflects KUPU SB's integrated commitment to enhancing collaboration with the community, regionally and internationally, to help achieve excellence in the fields of teaching and learning, research, and publishing.
