Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Health organized a significant event celebrating Nuzul Al-Qur'an and the Khatam Al-Qur'an ceremony, marking the occasion in conjunction with Ramadhan. The event, a collaborative effort by the Department of Medical Services and the Department of Laboratory Services, took place at Dewan Al-'Afiah, Ministry of Health, on 10th March 2026.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health. The event also featured a donation presentation to 27 orphans of the ministry's staff, demonstrating the ministry's commitment to its community. Additionally, the ceremony included a prize presentation to the winner of the Al-Qur'an Reading Competition, with awards being handed over by the Minister of Health.
