Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications, along with its departments and affiliated authorities, organized a Nuzul Al-Qur'an celebration at Dewan Amar Pahlawan. The event was orchestrated by the Department of Civil Aviation.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, the Minister of Transport and Infocommunications. A special talk, 'Al-Qur'an di Tangan, Adakah di Hati dan Menjadi Teman Hidup,' was delivered by Awang Haji Muhammad Najib bin Haji Awang, a Religious Development Officer at the Islamic Da'wah Centre. Additionally, the event featured a donation presentation to 42 orphans of the ministry's staff.
