Berakas: The National Level Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration for 1447 Hijrah is set to take place on Friday, 17th Ramadan 1447 Hijrah, which corresponds to the 6th of March 2026. The event will be hosted at the Plenary Hall of the International Convention Centre Berakas, beginning at 9 PM. This year's theme, "Mengukuhkan Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Menghayati Ajarannya," translates to "Strengthening Al-Qur'an Learning and Internalising Its Teachings."

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony will feature the announcement of the results from the Final Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Memorisation and Its Understanding for 1447 Hijrah. Additionally, attendees will witness reading presentations from the best participants of each category. The event is a collaborative effort organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Development, MABIMS Centre for Al-Qur'an Studies and Dissemination, and Brunei Darussalam Central Bank.
