Brunei muara: Over 200 orphans were feted at the Donation Presentation, Tahlil, and Breaking of the Fast ceremony organised by the Brunei Muara District Office. On hand to present the donation was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman, Member of the Legislative Council. The ceremony took place at Dewan Muhibbah of the department, 9th March late afternoon.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was designed to bring the community together and support orphans in the region. The gathering featured a Tahlil, a prayer recitation, followed by the breaking of the fast, allowing attendees to share a meal in a spirit of unity and compassion. The donations are expected to provide significant relief to the orphans, ensuring they receive necessary support and care.
