?The Ministry of Education held the final of the Qiraat Zikir and Selawat Competition for Primary and Secondary Schools Nationwide at the Islamic Da’wah Centre, 1st October afternoon.

In attendance, Awang Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abd Rahman, Acting Director of the Islamic Da’wah Centre. Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Arabic School, and Sayyidina Hasan Secondary School won the Qiraat Zikir category. Meanwhile, Katok ‘B’ Primary School and Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Girls Secondary Arabic Religious School placed first in the Qiraat Selawat category.
