Signing of Contract with Grominda Sendirian Berhad

Bandar seri begawan: The Tourism Development Department, under the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, will be conducting the Exit Passenger Survey and Returning Brunei Survey starting at the end of this year. As part of the initiative, the department signed a contract with Grominda Sendirian Berhad to support the implementation and management of the survey activities.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the initiative is a key effort to strengthen Brunei Darussalam’s tourism data ecosystem by gathering accurate and comprehensive information from both international visitors and Brunei residents traveling abroad. The surveys will be administered both face-to-face and via QR code and will be carried out across main air, land, and sea entry and exit points. All information collected is confidential and will only be used for statistical and research purposes.
