These initiatives include the development of a maritime ecosystem that supports transshipment activities with 'Ship-to-Ship Lay-up Designated Areas'. His Majesty also highlighted the importance of developing data centers based on artificial intelligence, enhancing national food security, and accelerating growth in the tourism sector. These efforts demonstrate the government's commitment to transforming the country's economic landscape and fostering interconnected, inclusive, and sustainable growth towards Wawasan Brunei 2035.

According to Radio Television Brunei, His Majesty also addressed the importance of strategic improvements in the education system during his titah for the 42nd Brunei Darussalam National Day Celebration. He emphasized the need to cultivate young talents who are not only knowledgeable but also skilled entrepreneurs. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude for the grace of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, which made it possible to celebrate the national day under the theme 'Bersatu Mencapai Cita Negara' or 'United to Achieve the National Aspiration'.
