Bandar seri begawan: The delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs continued the Nightly Tadarus Ceremony at Istana Nurul Iman, 27th February night. Joining the delegation was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs. The function included a Tazkirah or short talk titled, "Hidupkan Bulan Ramadhan dengan Asmaul Husna: Ar-Rahim (Yang Maha Penyayang)". Also present were Yang Berhormat Awang Lawi bin Haji Lamat, and Yang Berhormat Awang Zainol bin Mohamed, Members of the Legislative Council. A similar ceremony was held for the female congregants in a separate room at Istana Nurul Iman.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony is part of a series of religious events organized to observe the holy month of Ramadan. The Tadarus Ceremony involves the recitation of the Quran and serves as a platform for reflection and spiritual growth. The inclusion of Asmaul Husna, specifically Ar-Rahim, emphasizes the importance of compassion and mercy during Ramadan.
