Bandar seri begawan: A Tadarus Ceremony was held at the Pengiran Muda Abdul Malik Mosque in Kampong Tungku/Katok by the Ministry of Finance and Economy along with its departments. The event, which took place on the afternoon of 28th February, was organized by the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah. This was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, who serves as both the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy. Following the recitation, there was a handover of infak contributions.

The ceremony was specifically organized to coincide with the month of Ramadhan, reflecting the Ministry's commitment to religious observance and community engagement during this significant period.
