Two Students Set to Participate in International Science Youth Forum 2026

Berakas: Two students and an Education officer are set to participate in the 18th International Science Youth Forum (ISYF) 2026, scheduled to be held at Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore, from January 5th to 9th. This annual event offers a platform for students aged 16 and 17 to engage with Nobel Laureates and distinguished scientists in the science field. The Ministry of Education, through the Centre for the Development of Gifted and Talented Education, EDGE, has coordinated their participation with the aim of enriching and enhancing teachers' pedagogical skills through sharing sessions and visits.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Doctor Hajah Mustazah binti Awang Maidin, Acting Director Special Education at the Ministry of Education, was present at the Brunei International Airport to bid farewell to the participants. During the forum, attendees will have the chance to engage in activities such as Dialogues, Poster Exhibition, and Masterclass Sessions.
